3. Description of Service

Bstrapr provides a cloud workspace management platform that enables users to:

• Create and manage cloud-based development workspaces
• Deploy workspaces across multiple cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure, DigitalOcean)
• Generate local development container configurations
• Manage VPN access and network security
• Collaborate with team members on shared infrastructure
• Monitor and control access to cloud resources

The Service is provided on a subscription basis with different tiers of functionality and usage limits.

4. User Accounts and Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Organizations may create accounts for their employees, accepting responsibility for their use of the Service.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Upload, transmit, or distribute malicious software or code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Use the Service for cryptocurrency mining without explicit permission
• Engage in activities that could harm, disable, or impair the Service
• Share account credentials or allow unauthorized access
• Use the Service to store or transmit illegal content
• Violate the terms of service of integrated cloud providers

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against users who violate this policy, including account suspension or termination.

6. Cloud Provider Integration

Bstrapr integrates with third-party cloud providers. You acknowledge that:

• You must have valid accounts and agreements with cloud providers
• You are responsible for all charges incurred with cloud providers
• Cloud provider terms and conditions apply to your use of their services
• We are not responsible for cloud provider service availability or performance
• You grant us permission to manage resources on your behalf within the scope of the Service

7. Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

You retain ownership of your data and content. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data as necessary to provide the Service.

8. Billing and Payments

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You agree to:

• Pay all fees when due

• Notify us of any billing disputes within 30 days
• Accept responsibility for all taxes and fees

We may suspend or terminate your account for non-payment. Refunds are provided according to our refund policy, available upon request.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Bstrapr and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without our prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BSTRAPR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:

• Your access to the Service will cease
• We will provide reasonable opportunity to export your data
• We may delete your data after a reasonable retention period
• Outstanding fees remain due and payable

We may terminate your account immediately for violation of these Terms or illegal activity.

12. Governing Law
