Add a contractor, developer, freelancer, or partner by identity instead of passing around shared credentials.
Who can you invite?
Bstrapr is designed for teams that work with people outside their permanent organization. Invite an external developer, contractor, specialist, agency team member, or partner when they need access to a specific Site.
The invitation flow
- Open Team and choose to add a team member
- Enter the collaborator’s identity and select an appropriate role
- Send the invitation through Bstrapr
- Assign Site access separately based on the engagement
- Review the person’s access and remove it when the work ends
Identity and access are separate decisions
Adding someone to your organization does not need to mean giving them access to every Site. The team relationship identifies the person; Site assignments determine which environments they can reach.
For agencies
A provider can organize its specialists into groups for repeatable assignment to delegated client Sites. A specialist may belong to multiple groups. Removing them from one group does not remove their membership in other groups or their separate individual assignments.
