Service Providers
As a client organization, use Service Providers to grant another company managed access to your Sites — without transferring ownership.
What this page is for
Service Providers is the owner/client view. It lists organizations that manage your Sites under a delegation relationship. You stay the owner; the provider receives only the permissions you grant.
- Open Service Providers in the dashboard sidebar
- Invite a provider by organization ID or admin email
- Or wait for a provider to request access from Managed Customers
Invite a provider
Choose Invite Provider, enter the provider organization ID or an admin email, and select permissions such as site.view, site.register, and access.assign. The relationship becomes ACTIVE immediately because you are granting access as the owner.
Approve a request
If an MSP requests access first, the relationship appears as REQUESTED. From Actions you can Approve or Reject. Approving activates the same permissions and site scope you accept.
Suspend, resume, and revoke
- Suspend — temporarily blocks all specialist and provider-group access under that relationship. Assignments are kept and restore when you Resume.
- Resume — turns a suspended relationship back to ACTIVE.
- Revoke — ends the relationship and starts cleanup of delegated grants. Prefer revoke when the engagement is finished.
Audit log
Each provider has an audit log for request, approval, suspend, resume, revoke, and scope changes so you can review who changed what and when.
